摘    要:采用了UG Motion的辅助运动仿真分析方法,在仿真系统运动过程的基础上,详尽分析了该模块内部的运动约束关系,提出了系统运动优化目标,进而求解了系统时序最优安排,并根据求解结果,对驱动凸轮部件进行了动力学相关参数优化,为系统在设定工况下能按较佳的运动和动力特性工作提供了保证.

Abstract:The design of the material feeding module for the machine has very high difficulty because of the very short cycle period,high motion speed and large amount of parts. We carry out the motion simulation and analysis on the basis of setting motion parameters and analyzing relative constrains and obtained the optimized time sequence schedule. The kinetic parameters of driven components of this feeding module was also analyzed and selected based on the above analysis results.
