| 摘 要： | 通过选用苏中地区一级路和二级路各一条分别按照92定额及07新定额进行预算的编制，对定额消耗量及造价结果等方面进行比较分析，测算出08新定额各分项的定额水平调整比例，从而为造价人员在采用新定额编制预算文件时积累经验。
