Abstract:In the paper,We focuson inatroducing the question that 16Mng steel low frequacy hydrogen fatigue crak in sea water,and having a discussion on the influence of 16Mng sfeel da/aN values cuased by heet treatment, synchronally, analysing the dress field and the hydroyen distribution.
