| 摘 要： | 在我国初级电力市场中，为调动发电厂参与无功／电压调整的积极性，确保系统安全稳定运行，必须改变传统的只对有功计价，而不对无功计价的计费办法。文章结合我国初级电力市场的状况，在分析无功服务成本的基础上讨论了一种无功容量电价加无功电量电价的二部制无功服务补偿电价。这种计价方法不仅简单易行，而且维护了无功服务提供者的利益，在我国初级电力市场中应是一种切实可行的办法。

| Abstract: | In order to encourage the power plant to supply with reactive power and maintain the safe and stable operation of power systems, the current method in which only active power is charged and reactive power is free must be changed. Considering the condition of the electric market in China and based on the cost analysis of reactive power support, a new method is proposed, which reactive power price is divided into reactive capability price and reactive energy price. It is not only convenient for use but also protects the benefit of the providers of reactive power. |
