| Abstract: | This paper discusses the address mapping and the principle of DMA operation in Windows2000 system. And the thinking of programming DMA driver in DDK (Driver Development Kit) is introduced. At last, it mainly introduces the DriverWorks, a driver development tool of Compuware Corporation, and the steps to develop a DMA driver with DriverWorks. |
