等离子体烟气脱硫逆变电源的研究

摘    要:介绍了烟气脱硫技术和等离子体脱硫原理,设计了用作等离子体脱硫逆变电源的整体结构,以IGBT作为功率开关管,对主电路、PWM控制回路和过流保护电路进行了分析。在不同放电电压下进行了实验验证,结果表明在较高的放电电压下脱硫效率较好。

Abstract:The principles of flue gas desulfurization and plasma desulfurization were introduced.An integral structure of inverting power for plasma desulfurization was designed and the main circuit,PWM control and overcurrent protection circuit were analyzed in detail.And finally,the experimental results at different discharge voltage show that plasma desulfurization efficiency are enhanced at a higher discharge voltage.
