| 摘 要： | 提出大面积钢结构厂房屋面系统提前安装的新方法,该方法可大幅缩短工期,减少与地面施工的交叉作业,降低成本,提高屋面安装作业人员的安全度。采取的措施是：在厂房的吊车梁上,设计制作一个施工期间临时使用的工具式移动钢桁架,并在其上搭设部分脚手架（48×3.5钢管、扣件）作为屋面系统的安装移动平台使用。

| Abstract: | A new pre-installation methods for large-area roof system of steel structural workshop are presented,construction period can be shorted largely,cross operation of ground construction is decreased,the cost is reduced,safe degree of operating workers engaged in roof installation is increased.Adopted measures are that temporary tool-typed mobile steel truss in construction period is designed and made on crane beam and part scaffold built on crane beam(48×3.5 steel tube,fastener) are used in installation platform of roof system. |
