摘    要:车桥作为车辆底盘动力系统的核心部件,其品质决定了整车安全性和可靠性。主减速器是驱动桥的主要组成部分,主减速器是车桥使用过程中温度的主要来源之一,某公司在车桥的温升方面采取了有效的控制措施,达到国家标准要求,目前效果良好。对车桥的温升进行分析,并提出了相应的控制措施,仅供参考。

Abstract:As the core component of the power system of the vehicle chassis, the quality of axle determines the safety and reliability of the vehicle. Main reducer, the key part of the drive axle, which is one of the main sources of the temperature during process of axle using. Our company has taken the effective control measure for the temperature rising to meet national standard, and the current result is good. The temperature rising of axle was analyzed and the corresponding control measures were proposed. Here only for reference.
