汽车总装配工艺的发展趋势

摘    要:从物流、自动化、数字化、信息化、高质量等方面阐述汽车总装配工艺的发展趋势。随着我国汽车制造工业的高速发展,各汽车集团都在加大新建、扩建、引进合资、海外建厂等步伐,不断地快速学习和引进国内外最先进的汽车总装配工艺,使得各汽车集团的总装配工艺技术与国际接轨。应用最先进的总装配工艺技术,可有效降低前期投入和后期的柔性化生产。

Abstract:The development trend of automobile assembly process was described in aspects of goods flow, automation, digitalization, in- formation, goods flow and high quality, and etc. Along with the high speed development of China' s automobile manufacturing industry, each automobile group were increased all at the pace of newly built, extension, introduction of the joint venture, setting up factories abroad, and continued to learn and introduce the most advanced domestic and foreign automobile assembly process, so as to make each car group assembly process technology met the international track. The application of the most advanced assembly process technology can effectively reduce pro- phase inputs and later flexible production.
