车轮阻滞力在装配过程中的控制方法

摘    要:在汽车制动性能检测时,车轮阻滞力是必检项目,其目的是为防止制动器拖滞,保证制动器的最小间隙。检测实践中发现,在滚筒式制动试验台上检测汽车车轮阻滞力时普遍存在一些问题,这些问题不仅影响汽车的制动性能,而且还影响汽车的动力性能和经济性能。解决因装配问题引起的车轮阻滞力,提高整车性能,必须对车轮阻滞力进行研究,结合有效的工艺手段进行控制。

Abstract:In vehicle brake performance test, wheel block force must be checked, its purpose is to prevent the brake drag, ensure the brake clearance at minimum. In the discovery of practice detection, while the roller brake test bed detecting vehicle wheel block force, generally some problems were existed, which not only affected the vehicle' s braking performance, but also influenced the vehicle dynamic perform- ance and economic performance. In order to solve the wheel block force caused by assembly problem, improve whole vehicle performance, the wheel block force must be researched, and controlled by combining effective technological means.
