毛细管技术在川东气区气井的应用前景分析

摘    要:川东气区气井进入生产中后期,需采取泡排等措施进行生产。部分气水同产井加注的液态泡排剂不能顺利到达井底,必须停产加注棒状起泡剂才能维持正常生产。部分气水同产井因油套环空堵塞或有封隔器,当井筒积液严重时,只有停产加注起泡剂才能维持生产;高含硫气井在井下油套环空安装封隔器,只能停产从油管加注硫溶剂、缓蚀剂等入井液,影响了正常生产。针对上述生产现状,介绍了毛细管技术的特点和基本参数,分析了毛细管技术在川东气区气井应用前景:对于气水同产井,可采用同心毛细管技术直接将起泡剂加到井底,可保证气井连续带液生产;对于高含硫气井,可采用油管外绑定毛细管完井管柱或同心毛细管,实现硫溶剂、缓蚀剂等入井药剂的加注。

Abstract:As the development of gas wells goes into its mid-and-late production period in eastern Sichuan gas province,some measures of foam drainage need to be taken to lift liquid in the wellbore.However,some gas/water producing wells with sealed tubing casing annulus or packer need to be shut down to inject stick foaming agent for the injected liquid foam drainage agent can't reach to bottom of the well successfully.In addition ,because of a packer was fixed in tubing casing annulus, some high sulfur gas wells have to be shut down to inject operation liquid from tubing,which will affect the normal producing of gas wells.In this paper,features and basic parameters of capillary technique were introduced.The application prospects of the capillary technique in eastern Sichuan gas province were analyzed.For the gas/water producing wells,concentric capillary technique can be applied to foaming agent injection to the bottom of the wells directly,which can ensure continuous production with the fluid.For high sulfur gas wells,capillary completion string fixed outside the oil tube or concentric capillary can be applied to agent injection.
