| Abstract: | The closed-loop speed control of hybrid step motor using the harmonic back EMF is investigated. The constitute of harmonic back EMF is analysed, the position detection circuit and the microcomputer control system of step motor is designed. On this basis, the speed control of step motor is implemented through the control of leading angle. The algorithm of the digital PID regulator is provided. The feasibility of the program is verified by comparative tests between the open loop and the closed loop. |
