摘    要:研究了利用谐波反电势信号实现混合式步进电动机速度闭环控制的方法,分析了谐波反电热信号的构成,设计了相应的位置信号检测电路及步进电动机的微机控制系统。

Abstract:The closed-loop speed control of hybrid step motor using the harmonic back EMF is investigated. The constitute of harmonic back EMF is analysed, the position detection circuit and the microcomputer control system of step motor is designed. On this basis, the speed control of step motor is implemented through the control of leading angle. The algorithm of the digital PID regulator is provided. The feasibility of the program is verified by comparative tests between the open loop and the closed loop.
