LabVIEW在形位误差测量与评定中的应用

摘    要:针对传统的形位误差测量与评定中存在的若干问题,利用"软件就是仪器"的思想,设计了基于LabVIEW的测量与评定软件。由软件控制采集卡获得被测数据、实现数字滤波、生成误差曲线、自动计算形位误差值。实验结果表明,软件具有良好的人机界面、计算准确、稳定可靠,可以满足工业测试的需要。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems in traditional form and position error measuring and evaluating,with the thought ″software is instrument″,the form and position error measurement and evaluation system was designed based on LabVIEW.The system acquires data by DAQ board,realize digital wave filter,draw the error curve,and automatically compute the value of form and position error.The experiment result indicates that the system has more reciprocity and more accurate results and more reliability which can meet the need of industry test.
