| 摘 要： | 冷镦钢SWRCH15A是近年武钢开发的包晶系列钢新钢种.通过对第一炉试验钢的生产工艺过程和产品质量进行分析,确定了关键工艺和相应参数.优化炼钢和连铸生产工艺后,大大提高了盘条的质量.

| Abstract: | Cold heading steel SWRCH15A is a peritectic steel developed by WISCO in recent years. By means of analyzing production processes and product quantity of first batch experimental steel, key technological procedure and parameters are determined. Thanks to the optimization of steelmaking and continuous casting processes, the quality of SWRCH15A wire has been improved to a great extent. |
