水环式真空泵工作水强行冷却的研究和应用

摘    要:介绍了安徽华电宿州发电有限公司两台超临界600MW机组提高机组经济性的工程案例。通过对水环式真空泵工作水强行冷却,降低真空泵工作液温度,提高真空泵抽吸能力。保证凝汽器双背压压差,降低了凝汽器平均背压值,从而在循环水温度不变的情况下,提高了汽轮机的净出力,最终达到节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:This paper introduced the project about economy improvement of two 600MW supercritical units of Anhui Huadian Suzhou power generation limited company. Through the water ring vacuum pump water forced cooling to reduce the pump working fluid temperature, and to improve the vacuum pump suction capacity. Ensure the condenser double pressure differential pressure, reduces the condenser mean pressure value, resulting in the circulating water temperature invariable situation, improve the turbine net output, and ultimately achieve the purpose of energy saving.
