摘    要:针对一类有多变量、强耦合、大时滞特点的精馏塔控制系统,为了提高系统的整体控制性能,文中给出了内模解耦控制器的设计过程,该控制器具有同时兼解耦器、内模控制器的特性,采用解耦原理与内模控制融合方法设计,其解耦作用是使系统成对角优势,避开动态解耦技术要求精确模型且可能为物理不可实现对象的矛盾,其内模控制可补偿不精确解耦及时滞导致的控制品质下降。通过解耦分析和稳态误差分析,推导出解耦内模控制器的表达式。仿真研究结果表明该控制器控制系统具有较好的解耦能力和较强的鲁棒性.具有很好的应用前景。

The Application of Internal Model Decoupling Control in Binary Distillation Column

Abstract:Aiming at a class of muhiple variables, strong coupling, large time delay characteristics of the distillation column control system, in order to improve the control performance of the whole system, this paper gives the internal model decoupling controller design process, the controller has the characteristics of solution decoupling and the internal model controller, the principle of decoupling internal model control integration method design, the its decoupling is to make the system function into diagonal dominance, to avoid the dynamic decoupling technique requires an accurate model and may be physically realizable object contradictions, internal model control to compensate for inexact decoupling and the time delay caused by the control quality decline. Through the decoupling analysis and steady-state error analysis, derive the expression of the decoupled internal model controller. The simulation results show that the controller control system has good decoupling capability and strong robustness, with a good prospect of application.
