| 摘 要： | 介绍了一套真空恒压系统的设备组成及其应用。该系统基于西门子SIMATICS7—120PLC,通过显示仪表了解管网内的实际压力,仪表将压力数据转换后加以显示,同时将转换后的数据传递给可编程控制器,并根据实际情况设定或修改管网的期望压力,将系统管网内的实际压力始终控制在期望值左右,并逐渐降低波动的幅度,以达到控制压力恒定的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a set of equipment and its applications of the vacuum constant press system. The system is based on Siemens SIMATIC S7--120 PLC, revealed the actual pressure of tube net through the instruments, the pressure data is converted by instruments and appeared. At the same time, the converted data is transferred to the PLC through instruments, and the expected pressure value inner the tube net also can set or modify according to the actual situation, and realize the system control of making the actual pressure always around the expected value, and gradually reduce the extent of the fluctuations in order to achieve constant pressure control. |
