摘    要:超正压射孔与加砂压裂联作是在射孔的同时向地层施加超过地层破裂压力的压力,使地层产生裂缝,随即加入前置液,充分利用射孔产生的裂缝,压开地层,使裂缝尽可能沿着射孔方向延展,降低加砂压裂难度,改善储层渗流状况。文章介绍了超正压射孔与加砂压裂联作的工艺技术原理、技术特点、工艺流程,以及该联作技术在白马庙气田的应用。并提出:① 对于中、深井或老井采用油管施工井筒摩阻高,泵压高,可能超出油套管或井口安全承压值,对此类井可考虑采用环空进行联作施工,降低施工泵压及施工难度;②联作管柱可考虑采用筛管加73枪或89枪的组合,同时结合环空进行施工,不但可以满足正常加砂,并且不必进行丟枪作业,减少了施工工序,也避免了丟枪压力值可能超高的不利因素;③超正压射孔时可考虑采用60°相位角,使射孔裂缝分布比90°相位角的射孔裂缝更为合理,使加砂压裂更易进行压后评估和经济评价分析。

Abstract:Joint operation of overpressure perforating and sand fracturing is to give the reservoir pressure that exceeds the cracking pressure of the reservoir while perforating, make the reservoir produce fractures, then put the ahead fluid in, make good use of the fractures produced by perforating to crack the reservoir, expand the fractures along the perforating direction as much as possible, reduce the difficulty of sand fracturing and improve percolation conditions of the reservoir. The article introduces the principle, features and procedures of joint operation techniques of overpressure perforating and sand fracturing, and its application in Baimamiao gas field. It is suggested that: ① For deep or old wells, the operation with tubing may exceed the safe pressure limit of tubing, casing or well head because of the high frictional resistance of tubing and the high pump pressure. So, the operation can be done by the annulus for the wells to reduce the pump pressure and the operating difficulty; ② The pipe string of the joint operation may use the combination of the screen pipe and the perforating gun 73 or 89, and the operation can be done by the annulus, which can not only meet the requirements of gravel input but also eliminate the gun removing job, which reduces the working steps and prevent the disadvantages of overpressure caused by gun removing; ③  phase angle 60° may be used for overpressure perforating, which makes the perforating fractures distribution more reasonable than that with phase angle 90° and the sand fracturing much easer, and forms more effective sand filling fractures, also which is favorable for after fracturing evaluation and economic analysis.
