| Abstract: | Through an example the author has introduced a scheme for transforming the old feed mill by using computer control technology and the way the technology is put into effect.This scheme is characterized by few investment funds and a short period of accomplishment. Therefore it is valuable and can be used for referenced in transforming the feed mill. |
