PLC控制的大型罐笼稳罐装置及控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对大型罐笼装卸重载时上下窜动量大的问题,设计了一种稳罐装置,该装置以PLC为控制核心,动态地吸收和平稳释放罐笼上下窜动的能量,减少了钢丝绳装卸重载过程中的动负荷。其结构紧凑,安装调试方便,有较强的实用性。并阐明了该系统的工作原理,给出了液压系统原理图及软件工作流程图。

Abstract:Aiming at the large cage vibrates up and down when it loads and heavily loads,this paper designs a kind of cage-stabilizing device,which takes PLC as the control core,and is used to dynamically absorb and smoothly release energies generated from the cage vibration and to reduce the dynamic loads of wire ropes during this course.
