连铸坯角部纵裂纹原因分析及对策

摘    要:对攀钢2^#板坯连铸坯角部纵裂纹产生的原因进行了分析,认为结晶器宽、窄面冷却水量配比不合理以及结晶器等设备状况不良是造成连铸坯角部纵裂纹的主要原因。通过调整结晶器宽、窄面冷却水量,连铸坯角部纵裂纹得到了较好的控制。

Abstract:Investigation was made on the longitudinal corner crack of Pangang No. 2 continuous easter slab. It was found that the main causes of longitudinal corner crack of slab were unreasonable distribution of primary cooling water and the key equipments condition of the easter, especially, the mould was out of condition. On the basis, the longitudinal corner crack of slab was effectively controlled by optimizing primary cooling scheme.
