薄壁零件的数控编程及加工技巧

摘    要:根据薄壁零件数控车削的工艺流程和精度要求,通过分析影响薄壁零件加工精度的工艺原理,对典型薄壁零件进行数控加工编程设计.实践证明,这种薄壁零件加工方法,稳定可靠,程序的编制合理,工件的安装、加工方便,容易达到图样要求.

NC Programming and Processing Technology of Thin-walls Parts

Abstract:According to the process and accuracy of the thin-walled parts numerical control turning,to design and CNC Machining program the typical thin-walled parts by analyzing the technology principle impact on the precision of the thin-walled parts.Practice has proved that,this processing method of thin-walled parts is stable and reliable,the programming is reasonable,and it's easy to install,process and also easy to achieve design requirements.
