摘    要:对宝钢3号高炉冷却壁的现状及炉体冷却的薄弱环节进行了分析,指出了更换S-3段冷却壁的必要性。重点对更换S-3段冷却壁过程中一些主要的高炉操作经验进行了总结,如降料线操作、炉渣调整、休送风控制等,并阐述了更换S-3段冷却壁后高炉炉体冷却实际效果和技术经济指标的改进。

Abstract:This essay analyzes the actual condition of cooling stave at No.3 blast furnace in Baosteel and weak links existing in stack cooling, puts forward the necessity of changing cooling stave at S-3 section. In addition, the main operation experiences obtained in changing cooling stave at S-3 section were concluded, such as operation in lowering stock line, slag regulation, blow off and blow-on control, etc. Finally, the author summarizes the actual effect of blast furnace stack cooling after changing cooling stave at S-3 section and improvement of techno-economic indexs.
