模糊自整定PID在工业温度控制系统中的应用与研究

摘    要:文章通过工业温度的特点选择合适的控制算法,讨论了模糊PID控制器的原理及设计,建立了被控对象的数学模型,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真工具建立了仿真模型.在单位阶跃输入下,比较了常规的模糊控制、PID控制和模糊PID控制的仿真结果.仿真结果表明,文章建立的模糊自整定PID控制能获得更好的动态响应.

Abstract:This paper chooses the right control algorithm by characteristics of industrial temperature. It discusses principle and design of fuzzy PID controller and mathematical model of the controlled objects are given. Simulation model are created by Matlab/ Simulink simulation tools. Simulation results of PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control are compared by unit step input. As a result, the better dynamic response is derived by fuzzy self-tuning PID control.
