| 摘 要： | 指出了城市公共建设投资的先行性和超前性、城市建设的层次性和城市建设投资的非均衡增长模式;分析了城建投资的长期发展趋势和城市公共建设资本有益的形成,同时,引入了美国、日本的公共资本形成战略。将补充以往城市建设投资规律认识的不足。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors demonstrate the characteristics of antecedence and leading of the investment on the city public construction, the gradualness of construction and the unbalanced increase pattern about the investment. The authors also analyzes the long-term trend and the form of the investment benefit. At the same time, some investing strategies in America and Japan are introduced to offset the lack of relevant knowledge about investing law. |
