摘    要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司精对苯二甲酸装置在2008年设备检修期间进行的腐蚀调查情况,重点介绍了奥氏体不锈钢设备的露点腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和点蚀等事例。指出精对苯二甲酸装置316L钢设备普遍发生点蚀,主要与卤素离子(主要是Br~-和Cl~-)有关;晶间腐蚀分敏化态(焊缝)及非敏化态(母材)两种形式;干燥机筒体的酸露点腐蚀是由于壳程温度比列管温度低,产生的电位差使筒壁侧易遭受腐蚀。针对以上腐蚀原因,提出了防护措施。

Abstract:The corrosion investigation in the overhaul of PTA plant in SINOPEC Tianjin Petrochemical Company in 2008 was introduced. The causes of dew point corrosion, intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion of austeuitic steel equipment were studied. It was concluded that the pitting corrosion of 316L steel was the result of halogen ions ( mainly Br - and C1- ). Intergranular corrosion was in the form of sensitized corrosion (welds). The dew point corrosion of dryer shell was caused by the potential difference due to the tube temperature lower than the shell side temperature. Effective protection measures were recommended.
