钙/亚硫酰氯电池阴极工艺研究

摘    要:采用新工艺制作的Ca/SOCl_2电池阴极性能较传统方法制备的电极性能有大幅度提高,电极容量提高1倍,平均工作电压提高0.2~0.3V.BET测试表明混合破乳碳电极中,粗孔比例增多,5%PTFE电极具有最合适的孔径分布.

Abstract:The performance of the cathode with new technology for Ca/SOCl2 battery has been significantly improved. The capacity of this electrode is higher than that of conventional electrode by a factor of 2 and its average work-ing voltage raises by 0.2-0.3V. BET test shows a great increase in the proportion of wide pore in the electrode with mixed emulsion breaker. It also shows that the electrode containing 5% PTFE possesses with the most suitable pore diameter distribution.
