| 摘 要： | 研究了在MFC中运用OpenGL进行编程,显示MEMS工艺仿真数据结果的方法。对于MEMS工艺仿真数据,提出“剥层法”对其进行排序重组,然后三角网格化,运用OpenGL对三角网格进行消隐,设定法线、光照和材质的处理,重构仿真物体。具体的应用实例说明了所提方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | A method about how to program in MFC with OpenGL to display the data of MEMS technical simulation is presented. After reorganizing unorganized discrete point clouds which are got from MEMS technical simulation by "Rinding method"and then generating a triangular mesh,the paper indiates how to reconstruct the simulation object by blanking,setting up noumal,light and material. Experimental results show that the method is effective. |
