羧甲基壳聚糖在含油漆废水处理中的应用

摘    要:研究了用水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖做絮凝剂对含油漆废水 [模拟汽车生产线上产生的含油漆废水配制的 ,w(油漆 ) =0 .3 75% ]的絮凝试验 ,考察了处理效果。研究发现 ,絮凝 80 0 m L这种废水的最小用量为 2 5mg/L,仅为化学絮凝剂用量的 1 /2 0 ,不受 p H限制 ,受温度影响较小 ,絮体形成迅速 ,具有无毒、无污染、使用简便等特点

Abstract:WT5,5”BZ]Flocculation experiments applying watersoluble carboxymethyl chitosan as flocculant to deal with waste water containing paint at w=0.375% were studied. The results showed that the minimum amount used to flocculate 800 mL this kind of waste water is 25 mg/L, only onetwentieth of the amount of usual chemical flocculant needed; it is not affected by pH, but only slightly by temperature; the floc is formed quickly and this kind of flocculant provides no poison and contamination.
