| 摘 要： | 德国电信市场自1998年1月1日起全面放开后,竞争加剧。尽管德国积极推动本地竞争,但由于自然垄断性,该市场的竞争机制并没有建立起来。管制的放松使得参与有线电视业务的运营商大幅增加;德国电信仍然是德国固定线路市场的主导运营商;德国移动用户数达到5664万,市场逐渐接近饱和点;2001年德国因特网用户增长明显,用户数位居欧洲第一;目前德国有2个卫星系统为用户提供宽带接入服务。

| Abstract: | Since its opening on Jan.1st,19 98,the competition in telecom market in Ger-many was sped up.Though Germany is ac-tive in prompting local competition,market compe ti tion system has not been established due to the nature monopoly in ac cess field.Deregulation made the amount of op era tors who partic ipated in the cable services in-creased greatly.Deutsche Telecom is still leading the fixed line market in Germany.Mob ile customers has reached56.64million and the market is approaching satu ra ted point.In2001,the number of customers of Internet in Germany has obviou sly in creased,and ran ked the No.1in Europe.Up to now,there are2satellite systems proving broad band ac cess service for customers. |
