多穗柯总黄酮的连续逆流提取研究

摘    要:确定逆流提取多穗柯黄酮的工艺条件.研究了逆流提取多穗柯黄酮的最佳提取工艺参数:逆流提取级数、提取温度、提取时间、提取料液比等影响提取率的条件因素.确定了逆流提取多穗柯黄酮的最佳工艺:提取级数为3级,最佳提取条件为100℃,按照1:30的料液比,提取40 min,提取率可达88.26%.

Continuous Countercurrent Extraction of Flavonoids from Lithocarpus polysachyus Rehd.

Abstract:In this study,to optimize conditions for the continuous countercurrent extraction(CCE) of flavonoids from Lithocarpus polysachyus Rehd.,the effects of countercurrent extraction stage,extraction temperature,amount of added water and extraction time on flavonoids yield were investigated.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 3 stages for countercurrent extraction,extraction temperature of 100 ℃,material/water ratio of 1:30(g/mL) and extraction time of 40 minutes,under which the extraction ratio was 88.26%.
