| 摘 要： | 分别以亮氨酸和2,5-己二酮为原料,通过Paal-Knorr反应合成了N-(2,5-二甲基吡咯)-亮氨酸,接着以DCC为缩合剂,使之和香叶醇进行缩合反应,得到N-(2,5-二甲基吡咯)氨基酸酯.通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS等波谱方法对产物结构进行了确证.并研究了N-(2,5-二甲基)亮氨酸香叶酯在3...

| Abstract: | Using leucine and 2,5-hexanedione as reagents,N-(2,5-Dimethyl Pyrrole)-leucine was synthesized by Paal-Knorr reaction.Then it was esterified with geraniol to yield pyrrole ester by using DCC as dehydration reagent.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS spectral analysis.The thermal pyrolysis of the ester compound was studied at 300 ℃,600 ℃ and 900 ℃,respectively,and 60 kinds of pyrolysis products containing various aromas were authenticated.And the smoke panel test showed that the new compound can improve the tobacco taste and flavor. |
