浅论烹饪专业学生就业形势与必备素质

摘    要:我国经济体制的转变使烹饪专业学生的就业形势发生了较大变化.烹饪专业学生要在新时期下理想就业,必须科学地分析当前就业形势,弄清当今餐饮业对烹饪专业学生的要求和社会发展带来的就业机遇;同时,要具备自我角色定位的心理素质、正确就业规划的思维素质、参与竞争和适应市场变化的能力素质,以适应社会需求,开拓就业天地.

Abstract:The change in the economic system of our country brings profound changes to the employment situation for cuisine graduates.In order to get ideally employed in the new period cuisine graduates should have a scientific anylisis of the present employment situation and make clear the requirements of catering in- dustry for cuisine graduates at present and the employment opportunity brought with the social development nowadays.And also,they should be imbued with a kind of psychological quality in maintaining their social role fixation,a kind of thinking quality,in making correct employment program and a kind of capability quality,in suiting marketing changes.Only in this way can cuisine graduates make themselves suitable to the social requirements and open up a new field for their employment.
