潜油电动机测功试验系统的研制

摘    要:潜油电动机在出厂前必须进行一些性能和参数试验,而目前潜油生产现场没有现成的测功系统可以选择,为此开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的潜油电动机测功系统。该测功系统利用NationalInstrument公司的软件平台Labview设计的虚拟二次仪表和硬件平台相互结合设计而实现各种信号的实时采集、分析处理、查询等功能,具有速度快、实时性好、测试简单、数据存储量大和功能全等优点。该系统在现场应用中已取得良好的效果。

Abstract:There are no available testing systems for the test of the performance parameters of the submersible electric motors before leaving the factory. Therefore a virtual instrument based testing system for submersible electric motor is developed. The system adopts Labview platform from National Instrument Company to design virtual instrument and combines with the relevant hardware to realize the function of acquisition, processing and query of various signals. It is simple, rapid, real-time, and has large data storage capacity. And good effect has been achieved in the field use of the system.
