摘    要:锂离子电池的循环性能是消费者考量电池质量的主要指标。依据ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.438.3《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书标准和试验手册》的要求,对5个型号的笔记本电脑电池进行循环测试,有1个型号的笔记本电脑电池在第2或第3个循环时失效,无法正常充放电。通过拆解电池和内部电池芯,研究电池循环性能失效的原因。说明部份锂离子电池的生产工艺还有待进一步提高和完善。

Abstract:The cycle performance of Li-ion batteries (LIB) is the key indicator for a consumer to consider the quality of batteries. In this paper, based on ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.4 38.3, the cycle performance of five models of notebook PC batteries was tested. One type failed in cycle 2 or 3 and could not be charged and discharged. Through dismantling these batteries and internal cells, the causes of performance failure were studied. The results showed that the production technology of some LIB should be further enhanced and improved.
