基于工业以太网的闸门自动监控系统

摘    要:随着新技术的飞速发展,工业以太网更加适合工业控制网络的环境,并将逐步成为工业控制网络的主流技术。介绍了工业以太网的特点,并详细比较了工业以太网和传统现场总线的各项主要指标。在此基础上介绍了一种基于工业以太网的闸门自动监控系统,并阐述了系统的硬件结构和软件设计。实践证明,在闸门自动监控系统设计中采用工业以太网技术为平台,有很大的工程应用价值。

Abstract:With the development of new technology, industrial Ethernet becomes much more suitable for industrial control network areas and will become the mainstream technology for industrial control network gradually. The author introduces characteristics of industrial Ethernet and makes detail comparison of main specifications between industrial Ethernet and traditional field bus. A kind of automatic monitoring and control system for sluice from industrial Ethernet is presented based on this analysis. Hardware structure and software design is elaborated as well. It is shown that the application of industrial Ethernet technology in automatic monitoring and control system for sluice is of great engineering application value.
