药协调臂刚柔耦合动力学仿真

摘    要:为研究某火炮药协调臂的运动状态,用三维软件Creo创建药协调臂的三维模型,将模型导入多体动力学软件Adams中,施加函数驱动对模型进行多刚体运动分析。然后,基于第二类拉格朗日方程和多体动力学理论,将药协调臂上的双连杆、上连接板、上支杆考虑为柔性体,用有限元软件ANSYS和Adams联合建立药协调臂的刚柔耦合模型,并施加与刚体模型相同的驱动。对比两次仿真的结果发现,刚柔耦合模型更符合工程实际,分析的结果为药协调臂的改进及结构优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the motion state of gunpowder coordinating arm, a three-dimensional model of the gunpowder coordinating arm was created by software Creo. The model was imported into the dynamics software Adams to be analyzed by applying drive. Then, based on the second Lagrange equation and the multi-body dynamics theories, the double-arms link and the upper connecting plate and the upper supporting rod of the gunpowder coordinating arm were considered as flexible bodies. The rigid-flexible coupling model was established by combining with ANSYS and Adams. And the same drive was applied to the rigid-body coupling model. The results of two simulations show that the rigid-flexible coupling model is more suitable for engineering practice. And analysis results provide theoretical basis for the improvement and structural optimization of the gunpowder coordinating arm.
