历史街区保护中的适应性消防对策

消防安全关系到历史街区自身和其中居民的生死存亡 ,但现有的历史街区消防对策往往流于简单和教条 ,甚至威胁到历史街区风貌的完整性。在保护历史街区完整风貌的前提下 ,探讨了历史街区内消防通道和消防车适应性设计的可能性和具体方法 ,提出了以消火栓系统为主体的完整的历史街区适应性消防安全对策 ,并对历史街区保护规划工作者的知识结构和工作方法中存在的问题提出了意见和建议。

ADAPTABLE STRATEGY OF FIRE CONTROL IN THE CONSERVATION OF HISTORIC DISTRICT

Fire control, as a fatal problem to historic districts and their residents, has been handled dogmatically, so that the integrality of historic districts characteristic was harmed. This article probes into adaptable fire control strategies to keep historic districts against fire, at the same time, save their integrality. Fire engines, pumps and the passages, and primarily, fire hydrants, these adaptable technical strategies and other administrative strategies may form an applicable fire control system of historic district. At last, it put forwards suggestions about the professional knowledge and working method for planning practitioners in historic districts conservation.
