摘    要:使用环氧树脂E44和内交联剂三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)共同交联改性水性PU,采用小分子扩链剂 BDO,亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),制得聚醚型的改性水性PU乳液,当环氧E44含量为4%,DMPA含量为9%-10%,TMP含量为2%-3%时乳液性能最佳。

Abstract:The waterborne polyurethane was modified by the epoxy resin E44 and a inter-crosslinker TMP by the ways of crosslinking. The modified polyether waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized using a small molecule chain extender BDO,a hydrophilic chain extender DMPA. The performance of emulsion was optimum when the content of E44 was 4%,the amount of DMPA and TMP were 9%-10% and 2%-3%, respectively.
