铜镍矿富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺

摘    要:介绍了铜镍矿富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺、主要技术经济指标以及富氧侧吹熔池熔炼炉的结构。实践表明,采用富氧侧吹熔炼铜镍矿具有流程短、能耗低、环境好等特点。

Abstract:The process characteristics and technical and economic indicators of the oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting were described.Also,the structure of oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace was introduced.Production practices show that the uses of oxygen-enriched side-blown bath smelting process for copper-nickel ore have the characteristics of short process flow,low energy consumption,good environment and so on.
