摘    要:简述了连铸超低碳钢时铸坯增碳的机理 ,介绍了国内外在设计和研制超低碳钢用连铸保护渣时为防止铸坯增碳而采取的各种技术措施及实际应用效果。对攀钢开发超低碳钢用连铸保护渣提出了建议。

Abstract:The mechanism of carbon pick-up in strand was destribed when ultra-low carbon steel is cast continuously.The various technical measures taken to prevent the strand from carbon picking up when the mould powder for continuous casting of ultra-low carbon steel was designed and developed at home and abroad and their effectiveness were introduced. The proposals to develop the mould powder for continuous casting of ultra-low carbon steel at PZH Steel were put forward.
