摘    要:为解决在山地沟谷间建设铁路桥梁的难题,构思了三种250KM箱梁翼缘板现浇模具设计方案。综合分析了三种设计方案的优缺点,选择了翻转式模具作为设计方案。把设计方案运用到石太铁路阳曲县地段的施工中,圆满完成了施工任务。为其它客运专线建设提供了一个参考方案,也为以后的现浇模具设计提供了一个结构参照。

Abstract:For solving the problem of railway bridges construction between mountain and valleys,conceived three kinds of design program for on-site casting mold of 250KM box girder edge board.Comprehensive analysis the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of design program,choose a flip-type mold design program.The design applied to the Shi-Tai railway construction Yangqu part,completing the con struction tasks.Provides a reference solution for other passenger transport railway construction,also provides a reference for the future of onsite casting mold design.
