异步电动机液体变阻器软启动控制设计

摘    要:交流异步电动机在启动时的启动电流是正常运行电流的5~7倍,过大的启动电流会对供电电网产生不利的冲击,影响设备的正常运行。为减小电动机启动时产生的冲击电流,提出了液体变阻器软启动的控制方法,通过改变串接在转子回路中的液体变阻器的电阻,使其阻值随启动时间的增加而减少,从而调整启动时间和启动电流,并获得较高功率因数和最佳启动转矩。

Abstract:The initial firing current of AC asynchronous motor in the starting time is 5-7 times of that in normal operation.The oversized start current exerts the disadvantageous impact on the power supply electrical network,and affects normal operation of the equipment.A control method named liquid rheostat resistance soft start was proposed to reduce impulse current generated in period of motor starting.The resistance of liquid rheostat which was concatenated in rotor loop was controllable.It reduces with start tim...
