水资源优化配置的双层多目标规划模型

摘    要:利用双层多目标规划研究了基于水权的水资源优化配置问题.将水资源管理机构和各用水者分别作为上、下层决策者,建立了水资源管理机构以水资源总效益最大和水质污染最小为目标、各用水者以取水效益最大为目标的双层多目标规划模型,并给出了相应的求解算法.最后用一个简单的算例验证了模型的可行性.
