高层次人才绩效模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:结合高层次人才的绩效特点,对我国高层次人才的绩效评价模型和数学计算方法进行了研究,并对指标的确定原则、计算方法、评价标准设定及各指标的计量过程展开论述。构建了高层次人才绩效评价指标体系,以及基于AHP的我国高层次人才战略绩效模糊综合评价模型,以对高层次人才绩效进行综合评价。
