硫酸钙晶须的制备工艺研究

摘    要:用盐酸分解磷矿制备磷酸和硫酸钙晶须,主要研究了制备硫酸钙晶须的工艺条件。将磷矿粉用盐酸分解过滤得含钙离子的酸解液,然后向酸解液中加入硫酸,通过控制反应条件制备硫酸钙晶须。分别通过单因素实验和二次正交回归实验,考察了反应温度、硫酸浓度、加料时间和搅拌强度对硫酸钙晶须形貌以及长径比的影响,并回归出了模型方程。通过实验得到制备长径比较大的硫酸钙晶须的最佳工艺条件:温度为60 ℃、硫酸质量分数为90%、加料时间为15 min、搅拌速率为200 r/min左右。在此工艺条件下,制备出的硫酸钙晶须直径为10~20 μm,长为800~1 200 μm,长径比可达到78,颜色洁白。

Abstract:Normally,hydrochloric acid is used to decompose phosphorite to produce phosphoric acid and calcium sulfate whiskers,and the process conditions of preparing calcium sulfate whiskers were mainly studied.In the process,the acid solution including Ca2+ was prepared by decomposing phosphorite powder with hydrochloric acid,then calcium sulfate whiskers can be produced when sulphuric acid was added to that solution in a proper way.Impacts of various factors,such as temperature,sulfuric acid concentration,feeding t...
