钛合金二维扫描激光超声检测方法研究

摘    要:钛合金材料缺陷危害性大,须进行健康状况监测。激光超声检测技术具有非接触、快速、高效等优点,可以满足钛合金结构的实时健康监测。该文研究了激光热弹激发超声应力的机理,在分析一维扫描激光超声检测效率的基础上,构建了非接触式二维扫描激光超声检测系统,用于钛合金结构健康状况的实时在线检测。实验结果表明,激光超声检测技术能有效用于钛合金结构健康检测;该系统可同时实现两个方向检测,相同条件下,检测效率较一维扫描提高约50%;实验装置简单,易于实现完全非接触式检测,可满足钛合金结构在工程实践中的实时在线检测,且可进行缺陷的定位检测。

Abstract:The defect of titanium alloy materials has great harm, so its health status monitoring must be carried out. Laser ultrasound detecting technology has many advantages, such as non contact, quick and high efficiency. It can be satisfied with the real time health monitoring of titanium alloy structure. In this paper, the mechanism of laser thermoelastically generated ultrasound stress is studied. A non contact two dimensional scanning laser ultrasound detecting system is set up based on analyzing the detection efficiency of one dimensional scanning laser ultrasound. The experimental results show that the proposed laser ultrasound detection system can be used for the real time and online health detecting of titanium alloy structure in effect. It can realize two directions scanning and the detecting efficiency is improved by 50% than that of the one dimensional scanning under the same conditions. The experimental system is simple and is easy to realize the complete non contact detection. The real time and online detection of titanium alloy structure in the engineering practice can be realized and the defect location detection can also be carried out by using the proposed method in this work.
