基于有限元分析的液压机下横梁结构优化

摘    要:在对某液压机下横梁结构研究的基础上,选用实体单元,建立了下横梁的有限元模型和结构优化数学模型。依据有限元结构分析的结果,编制了相关程序并进行了优化,获得了理想的结构参数,为液压机横梁结构设计提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract:On the basis of the research on the lower beam structure of the hydraulic presser, based on 3D solid element, its finite element model and mathematical model of structure OFF have been established. According to the the finite element analysis results, together with the relate program and structure optimization are executed, the satisfied results are obtained and provide new method for structure optimization of the lower beam.
