| 摘 要： | 尽管我国已跻身于世界十大贸易强国行列，但随之而来的却是一些西方发达国家包括很多发展中国家对我国纺织服装产品频繁地进行歧视性反倾销调查。从1995年至今，我国遭受的反倾销调查数量已经连续11年高居全球之首。通过案例分析对目前倾销与反倾销新案的表现形式进行阐述，重点讨论了在WTO背景下，中国纺织服装企业面临国外反倾销的现状以及应时策略与途径等。

| Abstract: | Although China has been one of the ten big trading powerful nations,consequently some western developed countries frequently carries on including many developing nations make the inspection on our country`s textile and garment export.Since 1995,China has already faced the quanti-ty of anti-dumping of the inspection which has continuously occupied the first position during the last 11 years in the world.This article mainly dis-cusses the new forms and its background of the anti-dumping within certain case`s samples.At the same time also comments the current situation,strategies and so on which Chinese textile and garment enterprises faces with serious overseas anti-dumping`s pressure from west countries within China entry WTO. |
