变压吸附技术应用研究进展

摘    要:变压吸附技术由于具有能耗低、工艺流程简单、操作费用小等优点,广泛用于气体的分离和回收领域。介绍了变压吸附的原理及应用进展,特别是在炼油厂干气提纯回收、煤层气净化回收中的应用前景。提出了目前技术存在的问题和相应的解决措施,针对传统变压吸附剂存在的吸附量较低、气体回收率不高等缺点,阐述了以高表面活性炭为吸附剂的变压吸附在这些领域中的发展潜力。

Abstract:Due to the advantages of low energy consumption, simple process flow, low operation cost and so on, the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology is widely used in the fields of gas separation and recovery. The principle and applications of PSA, especially the application prospect in recovery of refinery gas and coal-bed gas are introduced. The problems and solutions of the PSA technology are put forward. Aimed at the disadvantages of conventional adsorbents such as low, adsorption capacity, low gas recovery rate and so on, the development potential of PSA using high surface area activated carbon as adsorbent in the fields is expounded.
